MBA 508: Leading Ventures & Organizational Dynamics

Module Description
Leading ventures and organizational dynamics require a deep understanding of organizations and the contexts in which they operate. It has become clear that this role, due to the rapid pace of change in the contexts in which organizations operate, is increasingly complicated. Therefore, it becomes imperative to have the tools that can support us in reading organizational dynamics. In this sense, this course aims to analyze how to lead ventures and organizational dynamics by distinguishing between three levels of analysis: 1) macro, i.e., the organization; 2) meso, i.e., work teams; 3) micro, i.e., the individuals.
